    Job Description

    • Access recruitment websites to select candidates for recruitment
    • Drafting recruitment notices to publish in newspapers, online, posted at the Company, on internal mail, etc. Working with newspapers, recruitment companies, TTGTVL, etc. to carry out procedures for posting recruitment notices.
    • Prepare and participate in candidate interviews
    • Implement recruitment steps according to approved processes:
    + Notify candidates coming to interview
    + Prepare the location, notify the support units (Security, Reception) to perform
    + Invite the Head of the relevant unit to attend the interview.
    + Report interview results and make recruitment proposal.
    + Inform candidates about recruitment results.
    + Integration guide for newly recruited artists
    • Receive and email information to units in the Company to provide relevant information and data within the scope of recruitment.
