    Job Description

    • In charge of insurance: increase and decrease, sick leave, maternity leave.
    • Track, update employee list, store employee records.
    • Prepare reports as required by government agencies.
    • Monitor labor contracts, make probationary contracts for new employees, 24-month renewal contracts and indefinite-term contracts on a monthly basis. Make contract appendixes for salary increases as proposed.
    • Track foreigner records.
    • Enter data and track rental car mileage.
    • Track and order food for professionals.
    • Support other issues as required.
