JOB DETAILS
1. Recruiting company personnel positions
- Recruitment upon request from the Board of Directors
2. Training
- Develop and implement employee training plans
- Coordinate with the Training/Admissions department to support the training and admissions work of the School.
3. Policy and regime
- Employee attendance
- Answer questions about the School's policies for employees
- Monitor the implementation of Labor Contract, Social Insurance, Health Insurance for employees in the School, propose extension and re-signing of Labor Contract.
- Administrative work (books, documents)
4. Communication
- Propose ways to build corporate culture and plans for implementation
5. Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors - Management Board When arising.
