Job Description

*Job description:

Make outbound calls to remind customers to pay overdue loans;
Update current customers' financial information to provide reasonable payment options for customers such as: installment payments, interest reduction, ...
Ensure credit processing activities comply with approved regulations, policies and procedures;
Guide customers on payment methods;
Work results report;
Other tasks as required by management;

*Candidate requirements:

NO DEGREE REQUIRED - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, initial training provided, salary paid on the first day of training;
Good communication, persistent, responsible in work;
Experience in Debt Collection at a Finance or Banking company is an advantage.

*Candidate benefits:

RECEIVE FULL SALARY FROM THE FIRST MONTH - Fixed salary: 7.2 million, KPI is not applied to fixed salary
Total income from 10 - 25 million/month, competitive commission.
Trained throughout the work process.
Contest rewards, emulation rewards, 13th month salary rewards.
Sign official labor contract immediately upon accepting the job.
Participate in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and 24/7 unemployment insurance fully in accordance with the law.
