JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Contact customers with debt to request payment by phone
- Monitor and update customer's debt status periodically to Team Leader.
- Record all status and results of making calls to the debt collection calling system.
- Identify violations and immediately report them to Team Leader for timely appropriate solutions.
- Good communication and good relationship with customers in accordance with the company's criteria as well as the goals of the Debt Collection by Telephone.
- Ensure Debt Collection activities comply with approved regulations, policies and procedures.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
