Job description
- Receive information data allocated by the company and be responsible for making calls from the system provided by the company to the customer to request the customer to comply with the service agreement that the customer has committed to.
- Responsible for completing productivity targets according to company regulations.
- Responsible for completing assigned monthly operational targets according to company regulations from time to time.
- Responsible for protecting customer information according to the company's allocation list.
- Responsible for complying with the service code of conduct prescribed by the company from time to time.
