    Job Description

    • 1. Job description
      - Read design drawings and estimates
    • - Search for suppliers of materials, labor contractors, construction machinery
    • - Propose selection of construction material suppliers and contractors
    • - Agree on delivery plan for each type of material.
    • - Coordinate with field technicians to check the quality of materials gathered at the construction site.
    • - Periodic or ad hoc inventory of materials in stock at the construction site.
    • - Monitor the contract performance of subcontractors.
    • 2. REQUIREMENTS:
    • - Know how to read technical drawings and evaluate the quality of construction materials.
    • - University graduate majoring in construction or finance and accounting.
    • - Have experience in construction at site.
    • - Male preferred.
    • - Careful, meticulous, honest, enthusiastic about work, long-term commitment.
    • -Proficient in office computer skills.
