Execution of sales contract; Purchasing - import-export documentation procedures such as: shipping documents, import-export documents, goods delivery procedures, purchase payment procedures;... Proposing optimal solutions transportation, choosing appropriate Incoterms, negotiating prices, services and conditions related to the contract;
Receive, check and compare the validity of imported and exported goods documents (if any) before the supplier delivers the goods; Implement customs clearance processes and procedures for import and export goods;
Manage and track orders and purchase contracts.
Coordinate with relevant departments/departments to ensure timely quotation of goods, purchasing, and delivery; as well as receiving goods on schedule;
Contact shipping units to get quotes and analyze quotes received. Submit price comparison to superiors before choosing a transportation service provider; Delivery service unit (if any)
Carry out periodic/unscheduled reporting as requested by the Board of Directors/Department Head. Implement full and timely reporting according to the Company's regulations;

Age: 22-35
Graduated: university or higher majors: Foreign Trade, Import-Export, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration....
Having knowledge in the field of import-export and logistics is preferred
English communication to work with foreign suppliers.
Have a progressive spirit, dynamism, enthusiasm and responsibility for work.
Confident in communication, good persuasion, able to work independently or in groups.
Working hours: main business hours from Monday to Friday, closed Saturday and Sunday
