- Plan your purchases. Negotiate prices, mandatory foreign trade terms with suppliers.
- Making orders/contracts with NCC, procedures for requesting advance, paying NCC (if any). Check the warehouse to see if the requested goods are still in stock, not allowed to buy if the stock is in stock.
- Closely monitor the production progress of NCC products, promote NCC to produce goods as committed to ensure on-time delivery.
- Solve risks in case of missing, damaged, poor quality goods, ...
- Control purchase information and complete purchase procedures, manage purchase records. Import warehouse for domestic goods.
- Statistics and reports on purchasing situation, purchase cost, NCC assessment.
- Support and backup for other employees in the team. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
