Job Description
• Receive purchase requests.
• Check purchase information, find suitable suppliers to make purchases.
• Track the progress of incoming goods, handle issues related to orders.
• Handle procedures related to purchasing, import procedures, logistics operations...
• Prepare payment documents with suppliers.
• Control the quality of imported goods.
• Search, expand, evaluate, and optimize suppliers.
• Report work as required.
Job Requirements
• Female, University graduate majoring in foreign economics, foreign trade, foreign languages... (priority given to graduates of National Economics University, Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages, Diplomacy). Age from 22 - 30
• Have 2 years or more experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in Chinese in 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing (fair level)
• Priority is given to those with experience in logistics companies.
• Understand issues related to import-export and logistics.
• Ability to process information quickly, accurately, proactively and work independently.
• Proficient in computer skills, using software to support work.
