- Searching for reputable suppliers with competitive prices to inform the Board of Directors in purchasing decisions, product selection and supplier selection.
- Transactions with suppliers (making purchase and sale contracts, negotiating terms of sale, negotiating prices, time, and payment methods).
- Prepare payment documents (Open T/T, L/C, money transfer).
- Perform the necessary work on international transport to bring goods to the warehouse.
- Prepare customs declaration documents.
- Find out information, capture the market to advise the Board of Directors in the effective purchasing of products.
- Reconciling the requested goods with the main list to confirm purchasing needs; verify unclear entries; suggest alternatives.
- Inventory control for forwarding stock; Schedule a delivery
- Compare the list of goods received with the order for acceptance; handling defective shipments with suppliers.
- Categorize and complete records to easily find information.
- Regularly exchange information with the NCCs, learn about their interests, birthdays, wedding dates, company establishment dates, etc., from which to advise on customer care policies (gift giving, inquires, etc.) to the Board of Directors to maintain the cooperation as well as strengthen the connection with the NCCs
- Prepare purchase reports.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors.
