Purchase planning:
• Receiving purchasing instructions from the department head, clearly defining the purchase requirements: color, composition, size, specifications...;
• Make a plan to purchase goods to ensure sufficient supply of raw materials, equipment, etc. to serve the production process of the enterprise.
Find suppliers of materials and equipment:
• For goods that have been imported many times, the purchasing staff only needs to contact the old supplier. However, employees also need to check prices from other sources to understand market prices, avoid overpriced cases and also have the opportunity to find better suppliers.
Making purchases:
• Negotiate purchase contracts with suitable suppliers;
• Track delivery progress; And promptly notify relevant departments for handling, without affecting the work progress;
• Coordinate with relevant technical department to check the quality of goods for timely handling if unsatisfactory goods are detected;
Other jobs:
• Perform periodic supplier evaluations.
• Process all kinds of payment vouchers and transfer them to the accounting department for management.
• Monitor the use of raw materials and supplies at the units according to the norms; And promptly report to the head of the department if there is any violation;
• Notify the progress of the goods to the relevant departments according to the coordination process;
• Propose ideas to improve work efficiency for purchasing staff
• Make work reports as prescribed and fully participate in departmental meetings.
• Perform other tasks when required by management.
