Job Description
1. Optimize eCPM on Ad Mediations
- Ad Mediation is an App monetization solution that allows you to manage and optimize revenue from multiple Ad networks on the same App.
- Use Ad Mediation like MAX mediation, ironSoure Mediation, Admob Mediation,...
- Analyze Apps, App streams to set up Waterfall including IDs of Ad networks with good eCPM and occupying many impressions.
- Analyze data from Ad Mediation, set up A/B testing to improve and innovate Waterfall to optimize eCPM better.
2. Optimize advertising scenarios on products
- Evaluate the effectiveness of in-app mining scenarios with the product team.
- Collaborate with designers to come up with ideas and execute advertising scenarios
- Ensure quality user experience.
3. Coordinate with Marketing Team
- Evaluate the effectiveness of user exploitation on different Ad networks
- Analyze the appropriate user group and plan to bring the product to the Global Top
- Propose problems encountered when optimizing eCPM, mining scenarios, user groups, and advertising revenue
- Contribute ideas and solve problems encountered
4. Work with Ad Network partners: Google, Admob, Facebook, Unity, ironSource, Applovin,...
- Collaborate with partners to apply optimization solutions for each advertising network
- Continuously update and test new features and new markets of advertising networks
- Resolve issues such as faulty ads, ads that violate the general policies of the platforms
Candidate requirements
- At least 1 year experience in a similar field (product marketing or Ads monetization optimizer)
- Priority is given to candidates with experience and passion for making Apps/Games for the Global market.
- Priority given to candidates who have worked on Google Ad Manager Platform
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Careful, meticulous, highly responsible in work. Progressive spirit, eager to learn.
- Priority is given to candidates with background in Mathematics, IT, Marketing, Economics.
