Job description
- Receive samples (sketch) from the Head of Department
- Discuss with the Head of Department and Design Department to follow the idea of the design
- Conduct pattern making, pattern adjustment and completion of pattern sewing
- Suggest and adjust products as required
- Handing over the pattern file to the size jumper, diagram
- Research and develop new technical details in line with the trend
- Check the finished specifications and technical standards of the schematic part
- Handing over to production in terms of specifications and parameters
- Revise until complete according to the opinion of the Design department and agree on the most suitable model to put into production
- Follow up the process of completing and putting samples into production of the factory in accordance with the designed ideas and product technical standards.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position, preference is given to candidates who have worked in the fashion industry
- Know how to cut and sew patterns
- Understanding the shape and design of women's fashion products
- Read and understand documents and specifications
- Organize and complete the work on time
- Carefully
- Proficient in using Lectra or Gerber software
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, responsible and able to work under pressure
