work content
- Receive, respond to, and manage press/online advertising orders from customers.
- Process orders, make contracts, support customers in the process of contract performance, acceptance and invoice issuance.
- Search for new customers (optional).
- Manage all customers and assigned contract list.
- Other office tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job requirements
- Probation period: 1 month
- Working time: from Monday morning to Saturday noon (8:30-18:00 daily).
- Ability to think, learn quickly, focus on work.
- Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, Email, ..
- Graduated from College or above, good appearance.
- Fresh graduates with no experience will be trained.
