    Job Description


    1. JOB DESCRIPTION
    • Develop and implement advertising plans for the company's products and services on the Facebook platform.
    • Measure and report the effectiveness of campaigns against ROIs, KPIs…
    • Collect, analyze, and use metrics to continuously improve the performance of your advertising campaigns.
    • Continuously update and capture information about projects and industry markets... in order to grasp trends and develop professional capacity.
    • Handle work in accordance with assigned functions and duties on all planned and arising jobs.
    • Other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.


    2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Born in 1996 - 2002.
    • Graduates from Colleges, Universities or higher or students who are waiting for a degree can work full-time.
    • No experience will be trained. Requires knowledge and understanding of Marketing to run Ads.
    • Basic image and media editing skills (can use editing tools such as photoshop, camtasia ...)
    • Experience in running conversion ads is an advantage.
    • Basic English is a plus.
    3. ABOUT US MARKET AND PRODUCTS
    • Products: Household appliances, technology products, fashion accessories, cosmetics…
    • Market: overseas (Southeast Asia).
    4. BENEFITS
    • Working time: Working 7.5h/day. Starting at 8:30 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday and 2 Saturday every other week of the month. Saturday work until 16h00.
    • Income: Average 15,000,000 - 30,000,000 VND, up to 80-100 VND.
    • For probationary staff:
    • Probationary salary 7,000,000 VND or deal according to working capacity if you have experience from 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND + Free parking support + Bonus according to working performance with no limit (trial work enjoy) 85% of the fixed salary, after becoming an official employee and sticking with the company for at least 6 months from the time of official appointment, the company will refund 15% of the probationary salary).
    • For full-time employees:
    • Minimum salary is 8,000,000 VND (increase by 1,000,000 VND).
    • Unlimited performance bonus.
    • Provided computer work when officially up.
    • Free parking support.
    • Official employees are entitled to 14 days of paid leave/year; Bonus on holidays, Tet ... according to the general regulations of the State.
