Build detailed advertising plans on the Facebook platform, suitable for the company's Marketing campaign.
Generate ideas and write advertising content (including writing content, presenting content, and visual ideas)
Directly deploy Facebook advertising campaigns according to approved budgets
Research and create advertising messages that are appropriate for your target audience.
Monitor and evaluate to optimize the design/content/cost and conversion rate of the Company's Facebook Ads campaigns, ensuring results are on schedule and according to set goals.

REQUEST:
Graduated from university majoring in Marketing, Communications or have attended professional Marketing training courses
Over 02 years of experience in Marketing position in the field of beauty, spa, and aesthetics for major brands
Deep understanding of marketing, commerce, legal regulations related to the commercial sector (especially retail), and corporate law
Good knowledge of marketing, branding, PR, event, media.
Ability to work independently and in a team
Withstand high work pressure.
Proficient in skills: communication, presentation, negotiation and bargaining
High pressure resistant.
