Organize and supervise events and seminars
Support and conduct product training sessions for sales team
Carry out online and offline marketing work of the company;
Work with the team to develop content orientation and implementation for the company's communication channels: website, Facebook Fanpage, Facebook Group, Zalo, etc. Control product/program information on the web according to plan and monitor the effectiveness of the MKT program.
Coordinate with the design team to come up with ideas for advertising images and images posted on the media;
Support in preparing Promotion work (Promotion gifts, vouchers, events,...)
Conduct and manage surveys to assess customer requirements.
Write content for marketing materials (brochures, press releases, website information...).
Track the progress of marketing campaigns using metrics and submit effective reports to superiors.
Coordinate with management in budgeting and cost tracking.
