    Job Description

    1. JOB INFORMATION:
    • Come up with ideas, design online & offline program items of Marketing event plans (banner, poster, standee, backdrop, greeting cards, vouchers, etc)
    • Come up with ideas for content creation, management and development of social networking sites, fanpages, and websites
    • Conceptualize and organize the implementation of short-term and long-term marketing plans for the development of the Company's brands and products in accordance with the business strategy in each period.
    • Participate in product photo shoots and video shoots.
    • Work closely with the Sales team to devise and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness on websites, distributors and media advertising.
    • Perform other tasks assigned by direct management and the Board of Directors.
    • Working hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm), and Saturday Morning (8am - 12pm)

    2. Requirements:
    • Education: College, University. Priority is given to candidates majoring in marketing and business administration
    • Experience: Candidates have at least 01 year of experience in a similar position.
    • Have personal laptop
    • Skill:
      • Writing ability (writing articles, writing content on social media channels)
      • Have good aesthetics, know how to design and use basic design tools
      • Have knowledge of digital marketing
      • Good situation handling skills
      • Analytical skills
      • Good communication skills, quick adaptation to the environment.
    • Having worked in sales is an advantage
