Job Description

1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Content Creation:
Mainly responsible for brainstorming and producing multi-channel content: social media articles, PR articles, website content, email marketing...
Build basic scripts for photo shoots, shoot and edit videos to promote customers' products and services (will receive further training and guidance).
Advertising & Social Media Operations (Ads & Social):
Manage and develop social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,...) for the company and client projects.
Plan, directly implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads...).
Campaign Execution:
Work closely with the team (Multimedia Designer, Event & PR) to effectively implement overall marketing campaigns (both online and offline).
Monitor, analyze and measure indicators, periodically report on work performance to the Marketing Manager.
Field of responsibility: Implementing projects for customers in the Tourism, Real Estate, and Education industries.

2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Experience: At least 02 years of experience in the position of Marketing Executive, Content Marketing or equivalent. Priority is given to candidates with experience working at an agency.
Professional knowledge:
Have marketing mindset, creativity and good writing skills.
Have basic knowledge and experience in implementing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google
Understanding of marketing effectiveness measurement tools.
Soft skills:
Good teamwork skills, coordinate well with other departments.
Proactive and highly responsible at work.
Logical thinking, eager to learn and update new marketing trends.
Other requirements:
Willing to travel regularly to Ninh Binh to survey and implement projects.
Priority is given to candidates with practical experience in the fields of Tourism, Real Estate, and Education.
Knowing how to drive a car is an advantage.
