Job Description

Support management, building and updating content on the company's website, fanpage, and social media channels.
Edit images and videos with specialized software.
Perform basic designs as required (posters, images for posts, media publications)
Content planning & implementation: Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms, ensuring the company's business goals and development direction are met.
Participate in marketing activities (exhibitions, fairs, workshops, promotions, and other activities) and promote the company's products.
Monitor and respond to customer interactions across online channels.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, report results and make recommendations for improvement to the department head/director.
