Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare import and export documents, customs documents
- Prepare import and export documents to receive and export goods
- Manage the quantity of import and export raw materials
- Adjust schedules and arrange trucks for domestic transportation
- Contact customers to provide goods information for customs declaration procedures
- Monitor and liquidate processing and export production contracts
- Follow up the weekly export schedule to complete the documents
- Monitor and report on-time/delayed presentation of documents
- Prepare and process bank presentation documents (Packing list, Invoice, C/O, BL,....)
- Coordinate with other departments/departments to complete the set of import and export documents
