    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Track and update shipping routes;
    • Check shipping documents;
    • Handling customs declaration procedures for equipment and spare parts and handling issues related to post-clearance inspection activities;
    • Prepare and monitor the delivery plan of goods;
    • Contact the supplier when there are problems related to goods at the request of customers or other departments, draft a written explanation (if necessary) to send to the supplier for confirmation;
    • In charge of cargo insurance, installation insurance;
    • Handling delivery costs, insurance fees, inspection fees and other costs incurred in the ERP system;
    • Other tasks as assigned by management.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Age between 23-29
    • Graduated from College or higher, priority is given to majors related to Economics, foreign trade, international business...;
    • Preference will be given to candidates with 1-2 years of working experience;
    • Having knowledge of Vietnam Customs regulations and laws, having experience in working with Vietnam Customs office;
    • Proficient in office computers;
    • Able to use English well verbally and in writing;
    • Good analytical ability, teamwork skills, hard working, responsible.
    RIGHT:

    • Working time is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 13 days of leave/year;
