    Job Description

    POSITION / TITLE
    • Logistics staff - Import-Export

    JOB DETAILS
    • Draft and process import and export documents: Contracts, invoices, bills of lading, delivery orders, arrival notices, declaration of goods information to Customs,...
    • Prepare a set of Customs declaration documents, a set of C/O application documents and a license application file (for goods requiring a license). There is also an application for quality registration (for some required items). Official dispatches and reports to relevant parties.
    • Contact customers and coordinate with the field department (Operator) to complete customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments.
    • Store records and documents such as: Related transaction letters, orders, sets of documents, samples, etc.
    • Contact suppliers and customers regarding shipping and delivery schedules
    • Update information on legal documents related to import and export activities
    • Prepare reports and compare imported goods weekly and monthly with relevant departments and divisions.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Graduated from College or University majoring in related fields such as: Import-Export, Economics
    • No need to master import-export expertise, if you have relevant knowledge, training will be provided
    • Proficient in using office information technology Word, Excel, Outlook...
    • Be careful and meticulous in your work
    • Good independent and team working skills
    • Have a high sense of responsibility and can withstand work pressure
    • Ability to problem solve and resolve arising situations.
