Job Description

Receive Customers to the lab;
Enter customer/hospital/clinic information into lab system software;
Collect service fees and receive samples sent by retail customers/hospitals/clinics
Return service results to customers daily.
Store results and service records scientifically.
Consulting and answering questions about services for patients in the clinic area
Be the focal point for processing and reporting services of the department, department, or office.
Daily and monthly revenue reports
Report to the Department Head the number of customers waiting for results/waiting for service and other complaints (if any).
Perform other relevant reports.
Complete tasks assigned by management
