Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Receptionist work
  • Welcoming candidates, customers, and partners to conduct transactions at the company in accordance with receptionist work regulations.
  • Answering the phone: receiving information and transferring it to relevant units and departments. Listen and answer questions regarding violations of your functions and duties.
  • Finalize and notify the lunch order to the chef.
  • Administrative work
  • Direct management, supervision and coordination of drivers, security guards and housekeepers.
  • Export timesheets for working late and leaving early for employees in the company.
  • Organize and attend internal meetings and executive board meetings. Act as secretary to record meeting content.
  • Stationery management: Order VPP monthly and complete payment procedures.
  • Asset management, office equipment, meeting rooms.
  • Drafting documents, regulations, administrative decisions; Receive and transfer outgoing and incoming documents.
  • Preside over organizing and implementing plans to take care of the company's employees' lives during holidays, New Year, employee birthdays in the company, weddings, sickness, maternity, etc.

REQUEST

  • Female, age 23 - 28 years old
  • Qualification: Graduated from College or University with related majors.
  • Priority is given to candidates with at least 2 years of working experience in a similar position. Candidates without experience will be trained.
  • Good appearance; Communicate confidently and skillfully. Do not lisp or stutter.

RIGHT

  • Salary: 8,000,000 - 10,000,000 VND/month.
  • Bonus: 13th month salary, other bonuses according to the Company's salary and bonus regulations and based on work performance.
