• Leaders, Employees, Managers from member companies
• Guests of the Board of Directors, State Agencies and guests to contact other jobs
Instruct and arrange waiting areas, notify the Board of Directors and relevant staff
Operate the Company's telephone switchboard and transfer lines to relevant departments;
Manage and prepare Company meeting rooms;
Carry out deliveries and deliveries of letters and parcels and distribute them to employees and departments;
Manage and issue Taxi cards
Support administrative tasks: book bus tickets, train tickets, airplane tickets, hotels.
Management of Company VPP: ordering and allocation of VPP, inventory management
Monitor and make requests for payment of administrative costs and other incurred costs.
Managing VP supplies: tracking, controlling inventory and ordering.
Monitor and register for daily newspaper service for the company
Logistics supports the organization of events and activities of the Company.
Carry out clerical storage of documents and procedures related to operations.
Other tasks as assigned by the Department Head and Executive Board;
