Job Description

Main job:

Welcoming and guiding customers to Nha Khoa.
Record information, store and manage customer records.
Receive and process information and feedback to customers over the phone.
Perform treatment payment procedures, and make quotation for customers.

Deploy preferential information, introduce dental products and services to customers.

Understand the needs, maintain and develop customer relationships to ensure the best customer service.
Perform other related tasks as required by management.
