- Answering phones, recording and following up tenants' requests.
- Check the status of the customer's request
- Receive bus bookings from customers and transfer information to the scheduled fleet
- Receive mail, deliver mail, Debitnote, invoice to customer, file to save delivery records
- Collect and pay money to the Accountant.
-Follow up the preparation of short-term and long-term bookings.
- Working time:
- Shift 1: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m
- Shift 2: 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Shift 3: 14h00-22h00
Candidate Requirements: - Good English communication (mainly working with foreign guests)
