JOB DETAILS
Receive hotel booking information from customers, advise and process booking requests through the company's channels.
- Contact hotel to confirm room status and feedback to customers, manage booking.
- Build and develop a network of potential customers for the hotel, including companies, organizations, businesses, travel companies, delegations, conferences...
- Search for customers in need of services, provide service consultation.
- Conduct negotiations and negotiate prices and contract terms with customers and tourist groups.
- Promptly answer customer questions about services and complaints; advise on room reservations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors
