work content

Prepare bidding documents (draft, arrange, copy, photocopy, classify, package documents) to send to medical facilities or bidding authorized companies
Drafting price quotations for companies and competitive quotations for units
Monitor bidding results from Hospitals and Bidding Authorizing Companies
Update winning bid results of units, send emails to relevant departments
Store bid documents, bid authorization documents, and related documents
Making winning drug purchase contracts with hospitals
Proposal to request and store samples from the factory warehouse
Summarize the results and bid list, complete the direct bid contract and liquidate the contract
