JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Operate, monitor activities and maintain the entire technical equipment system of the Building;
- Fit-out supervision during construction;
- Support acceptance and inspection of fit-out completion drawings;
- Support the implementation of annual fire prevention and fighting drill plans;
- Implement and supervise the operation and periodic maintenance of machinery and equipment;
- Arrange and classify daily tools and equipment neatly and tidily;
- Periodically report and report incidents when requested;
- Update and implement the Building's notices, regulations, procedures, and quality standards to serve the work;
- Listen to feedback from customers and households about the quality and safety of equipment to have timely support and remedial measures;
- Participate in training courses and general activities of the Management Board and the Company.
REQUEST:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in repairing and operating building technical systems
- Graduated from high school or higher in related majors such as engineering, electricity - electronics,...
- Male, good health
- Work in shifts 8 hours/day and 6 days/week
