1. Job Description:
- Perform professional repair of electricity, water, air conditioners in apartments and public areas;
- Perform regular maintenance work in assigned areas;
- Fully comply with professional technical requirements, occupational safety and regulations on fire prevention and fighting;
- Receive and answer questions from residents / customers, support other shifts when required;
- Comply with the dispatching decisions of superiors in emergency cases;
- Report to the Chief of construction incidents and progress of works.
2. Requirements:
- At least 01 year of working experience related to the technical system of office buildings/buildings, factories
- Able to work under pressure
- Eager to learn, scientific and professional working style
- Graduated from upper secondary school majoring in: Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration, Elevator, Fire Protection, Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning
