LIVESTOCK TECHNICAL STAFF
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Aquaculture technician.
Department: Sustainable Development Department.
Working place: Phat Tien Seafood Co., Ltd - My Hiep commune, Cao Lanh district, Dong Thap province, Vietnam.
Employee group: Indirect.
REPORT TO:
Reporting directly to: Sustainability Management.
Reported indirectly to: Board of Directors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Pond management: Including water management, feed management, disease management, and other related management;
2. Manage security and property of the farming area according to the area in charge;
3. Participate in the implementation of research projects;
4. Build and operate farming areas according to international standards.
5. Accept to work in the farming area.
6. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager or the Board of Directors.
EXPERIENCE, SKILL AND CULTURAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
DEGREE:
1. Graduated from secondary school majoring in aquaculture, aquatic pathology or equivalent diplomas;
2. Have health, teamwork spirit, withstand work pressure;
3. Organize, arrange and develop plans to perform assigned tasks;
4. Diligent, careful, industrial style, good support for colleagues;
4. Proficient in using computers (excel software) is an advantage;
5. Experienced, Good communication skills, Good Vietnamese speaking and writing, knowing English is an advantage;
6. Diligent, inquisitive and innovative-minded;
7. Have good health.
