Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Assemble, install, test and maintain computers, laptops, printers, network equipment.
Install operating systems (Windows, macOS), drivers, office software and software on demand.
Handling hardware errors: RAM, HDD/SSD, mainboard, power source, screen
Software troubleshooting: Windows errors, viruses, slow computers, Office errors, network errors.
Construction of internal network system: network cabling, RJ45 crimping, installation of WiFi router/switch/AP.
Install & configure printer, scanner, LAN/WiFi connection.
Technical support for customers directly or remotely (Teamviewer/AnyDesk).
Advise customers on technical solutions and upgrade equipment when needed.
Record, report equipment status and recommend solutions.
