JOB DETAILS
- Product design and development:
+ Read and understand technical drawings, specifications and documents related to garment products.
+ Prototyping, quality assessment and specification adjustment prior to mass production.
+ Coordinate with the design team to develop new product models according to customer requirements and market trends.
- Production process management:
+ Build a production process for samples to ensure technical and quality standards.
+ Monitor and inspect each production stage, from cutting, sewing, washing, finishing to ensure product quality.
+ Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize production processes and minimize technical errors.
- Quality control:
+ Resolve problems arising during the production process, propose and implement corrective measures to ensure product quality is not affected.
- Training and technical support:
+ Guide and train production staff on technical processes and product quality standards.
+ Provide technical support and resolve technical issues for production staff, ensuring all production stages run smoothly.
- Technical document management:
+ Store and manage technical documents, drawings and related information for products.
+ Update and store technical records related to the production process, quality control, ensuring all information is recorded completely and accurately.
- Carry out tasks as directed by superiors.
