MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Research and develop new sofa designs based on customer requirements or specifications.
- Implementing the prototyping technique from the wooden frame to the finished product.
- Develop patterns for mattress upholstery.
- Identify, recommend, and process foam and fabric materials suitable for the sample.
- Monitor the prototyping process, making adjustments and finalizing the prototype.
- Coordinate with other departments: wood frame, sewing, and upholstery to ensure proper technique is followed.
- Technical and structural improvements aim to enhance product quality and aesthetics.
REQUEST:- Experienced in the technical aspects of sofa/upholstered furniture.
- It is possible to develop products from wooden frames to patterns, foam, and fabric.
- Understanding sofa construction and upholstery manufacturing processes.
- Reading and understanding technical drawings is an advantage.
- Meticulous, creative, and responsible with the product.
