Job details
1. Strategic management, planning and operations: Implementation planning and customer support
2. Production & supply of software products
- Survey customer requirements, build professional articles for the product/service in charge
- Analyze and propose appropriate solutions, model processes, document requirements and confirm information with customers
- Build, describe/specificate functions and operations for products/services: URD, SRS,...
-Transfer customer request information to the project team
- Coordinate with the development team to build products.
- Participate in deploying, training and supporting software use for relevant parties.
- Integration and Deployment Providing products and services within the scope of management/area of responsibility
- Manage changes, analyze the impact of changes on the overall system and update changes to documents
- Coordinate analysis and evaluation of products/solutions, propose improvement recommendations to enhance the value of products/solutions.
3. Customer relations : Customer care and support are assigned by unit leaders
4. Development and Management of production/operational processes and quality assurance: Deploy process systems and management systems
5. Other tasks assigned within the scope of function
Job requirements
- Understanding of software development process.
- Have good understanding or have performed work in one of the following stages: software design analysis; program; quality check (test).
- Understanding of the duties of the person performing requirements analysis. Ability to search, collect and synthesize information about customers' business requirements.
- Able to analyze and design using UML (Processing diagram, Use case diagram, activity diagram...), using support tools for building requirements analysis documents and prototypes.
- Able to write URD and SRS documents
- Ability to perform testing of business requirements.
- Ability to develop programs, documents and conduct training and presentations
- Graduated from university majoring in IT, economics, business administration....
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in a BA position
