Workplace
- Job details:
- Perform routine maintenance and testing of electrical equipment at substations, factories, industrial parks, or other electrical projects.
- Inspect and assess the condition of transformers, medium- and low-voltage switchgear, circuit breakers, disconnectors, protective relays, grounding systems, power cables, etc.
- Conduct measurements, analyze results, and prepare experimental reports.
- Perform inspection and installation of electrical cabinets and control panels.
- Collaborate with the technical team in repairing, troubleshooting, and inspecting electrical equipment.
- Plan and organize electrical system maintenance work.
- Supervise safety and work execution at the construction site in accordance with the scope and volume of work.
- Manage and maintain the company's equipment and create complete technical documentation.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Job requirements:
- Graduated with a major in electrical systems, electrical equipment, or automation from universities, colleges, or equivalent vocational schools.
- Enthusiastic and responsible in their work, with a strong spirit of self-learning through on-site experience, theoretical documents, and professional discussions.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team when necessary.
- Respect discipline and maintain a professional demeanor at work.
- Ability to work away from home, independent in travel arrangements, and willing to travel for extended periods as required by the company.
- Able to withstand work pressure
- 1-2 years of experience or no experience required, but a strong grasp of the subject matter is essential (the company will provide training).
- Preference will be given to candidates with a driver's license and prior experience working with testing and inspection units.
- Benefits received:
- Salary (7-20 million VND) + bonuses + social insurance contributions.
- The company offers 12 days of annual leave (unused leave will be compensated in cash at the end of the year) + bereavement leave + bonuses for holidays/Tet (Lunar New Year) + year-end bonus + 13th-month salary.

Working hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 1 PM – 5 PM
- Lunch break (1 hour): from 12 PM to 1 PM
