- Receive plans, technical documents, study sewing specifications
- Perform sample sewing for a product to identify difficult and error-prone stages to pay attention to when spreading the line, find out the cause of the error and fix it
- Deploy production according to documents and samples
- Implement the distribution of lines, detailed and specific instructions for each sewing stage for each worker on the line.
- Control and take main responsibility for product quality on the line. Daily check thread tension, pitch density, jig, ... promptly detect errors and have quick solutions
- Other tasks as required
