1. Description of cv :
- Update technical information of products, information about new technologies applied to the company's current products to advise customers.
- Directly consulting, providing technical support, answering product technical questions for customers.
- Technical training for agents and distributors of the product lines the company is trading.
- Support customers to plan and execute project solutions for the company's products.
- Coordinate with sales department to go on a business trip to provide technical training for agents and distributors (if any).
- Making specifications of new products or old products when modifying.
- Technical knowledge training for relevant departments.
- Operate IT equipment such as: servers, personal computers, network devices, printers, network cable presses, ...
- Check, repair computer errors, office equipment, install software, ... (Handle computer problems, LAN, Server, ...)
- Upload and edit technical information on the website
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director. 2. Requirements:
- Qualification: Intermediate, college of electrical engineering, electronics, computer network ...
- Male, age from 22-40 years old, 1 year experience in construction position of camera wall or parking lot, building access control.
- Knowledge of installing network systems (Router, Switch ...), understanding operating systems: Windows, Linux, Mac...
- Basic AutoCAD drawing skills.
- Know how to estimate the number of meters of wire in the design drawing.
- Accept to work in the province.
- Sociable, agile, honest, responsible and flexible in work.
