Job Description

1. JOB DETAILS
- Perform maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment systems, maintaining the operation of the system.
- Plan and perform maintenance/maintenance of facilities at the facility
- Record books, forms, inspection logs in prescribed files
- Supervising maintenance, warranty and construction contractors at the rented premises
- Support Residents, customers with technical issues within the scope of expertise.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from high school in civil electricity, refrigeration, construction... or more
- Eager to learn, no experience will be trained.
- Working in shifts, 6 days/week, 8 hours/day
