JOB DESCRIPTION: PRODUCTION ENGINEER Position Objective: Ensure accurate material cost calculations, control the technical quality of structural/pump products, and optimize production processes to meet delivery deadlines. Perform technical drawing breakdowns of pump and pipeline products. Determine labor and material costs (welding rod quantities, paint quantities). Directly supervise the pump fabrication and assembly process to ensure compliance with technical standards. Ensure machine cleanliness and workplace safety in accordance with 5S regulations. Monitor machinery and equipment maintenance schedules based on actual production time. ________________________________________ Additional Professional Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D SolidWorks for detailed dimensioning. Proficiency in Excel for material cost calculations and schedule management. Serious, proactive, and responsible work ethic.
