Survey the project, prepare preliminary drawings for quotation and bidding purposes.
Make volume table, quote, provide technical solutions (drawings), construction progress table and send to customers.
Coordinate with sales department to monitor customer feedback and make appropriate adjustments.
Coordinate with other departments (construction, materials) to create construction drawings and construction volume when the Company wins the bid.
Monitor and supervise construction activities, update and supplement changes in design and volume (if any).
Coordinate with the construction department to create a set of drawings, completion documents, and acceptance documents to send to the customer.
