    Job description:

    Position: Construction Engineer

    Construction engineers take on an important role in managing and implementing construction projects from the planning stage to completion. They are responsible for ensuring that construction work is carried out on schedule, to the right quality and on budget.

    1. Construction planning: Participate in the planning process for construction projects, including determining required resources, scheduling work, and determining budgets.
    2. Construction Management: Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, including the management of labor, materials, equipment and other factors.
    3. Quality supervision: Ensure that construction work is carried out according to established specifications and quality standards.
    4. Problem solving: Handle problems that appear during construction and propose appropriate solutions.
    5. Progress reporting: Regularly report on work progress, cost status and other related issues to the project management board.

    Job requirements:

    1. Qualification: University graduate majoring in Construction or related fields.
    2. Technical skills: Understanding of technical principles in construction, strong knowledge of construction materials and construction processes.
    3. Management skills: Able to effectively manage time, resources and labor to ensure project progress and quality.
    4. Communication skills: Have good communication ability to work effectively with colleagues, contractors and other stakeholders.
    5. Problem solving skills: Ability to quickly and accurately detect and resolve problems during construction.
