Job description:
- Looking for foreign customers to export the company's products: agricultural products, wood pellets, wood chips, sawn timber,.... and B2B channels.
- Dealing with foreign customers via email, phone, chat and face-to-face meeting to receive and process inquiries/inquiry letters.
- Closing sales, negotiating export contracts (negotiating prices, packing specifications, modes of transport, delivery schedule, payment methods, preparing samples...)
- Prepare documents and complete foreign trade contracts, monitor and update information and order progress for customers
- After-sales care, developing relationships with self-marketed customers as well as customers assigned to manage
- Expand customer search, actively offer for sale, introduce and promote the company's export products on B2B e-commerce websites
- Prepare weekly and monthly work plans for management. Follow the approved plan
- Advise and propose to superiors initiatives and implementation plans to promote the company's sales, predict product and market trends...
- Willing to travel abroad for domestic work, attend fairs, exhibitions, meet customers
goods when needed
- Perform other related duties as requested by the company's management.
• Experience / Skills in detail:
Graduated from university with majors: Economics, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, English, Marketing, ...
- At least 1 year experience (required) in Export Sales position. Preference will be given to candidates with export knowledge and experience in Asian, Middle East, European, and American markets
- Fluent English: Listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Proficient in the use of office computers, promoting information on the internet.
- Candidates with sales experience on Alibaba.com website and B2B e-commerce websites is an advantage.
