Job Description

• Search and develop new customers in the field of seafood export, focusing on the US, EU and other potential markets.

• Maintain and expand relationships with international customers, provide consulting and customer care to increase sales.

• Negotiate contracts, prices, and commercial terms with customers.

• Coordinate with relevant departments (production, logistics, import and export) to ensure orders are completed on schedule and according to customer requirements.

• Monitor and analyze the market, grasp price trends, customer needs and competitors.

• Handle problems arising during transactions and exports.

• Prepare business performance reports and propose market development strategies to superiors.
