Plan market development; search and expand customer base using fulfillment services
- Manage sales team and be responsible for team performance.
- Keep abreast of market trends, collect customer feedback to build effective service sales and customer approach strategies.
- Resolve customer issues, questions, and complaints related to the service.
- Manage list of distributors, agents, points of sale.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Organize promotional activities, seminars, events to bring services closer to customers
- Monitor competitor activity
- Check and report in detail on daily business operations to superiors.
Candidate requirements
- Have personal laptop.
- Have customer care skills, communication via switchboard (clear voice, no lisp or stuttering).
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to use office internet.
- 1-2 years experience as team leader or equivalent position
Interest
- Salary: 15 -20 million/month + Commission => Income up to 45,000,000 VND
- 1 month probationary period with 85% of basic salary, after probationary period, discuss and sign official contract
