    Job Description

    work content
    • Receive and manage customer files allocated by the company. Continuously update necessary information to serve effective customer care.
    • Become a friend/partner/in-depth companion with customers in the business field.
    • Promote business development of the products the company is distributing.
    • Support relevant departments to handle customer-related issues.
    • Follow the entire order processing process until it reaches the customer's warehouse.
    • Perform customer care before, during and after the sale.
    • Continuously develop industry relationships to serve business.
    Request:
    • Male or female from 23 to 40 years old
    • Have at least 1 year of experience in the business field
    • Ability to plan, analyze and research customers and partners. Priority is given to candidates with experience or interest in technology products.
    • Soft skills: communication skills, persuasion skills, presentation skills, teamwork skills, good office information technology skills.
    • People: People who have a sense of community, integration, respect and building corporate culture.
    Candidate benefits:
    • Income: Fixed salary + KPI salary + Allowances + Bonus (8-15M)
    • Consider annual salary increase
    • Working hours: 8:30 - 17:45 from Monday to Saturday and 1 day off with full pay when becoming an official employee
    • Probation: 1 month, maximum 2 months depending on ability.
