I. FIELD OF RESPONSIBILITIES: INTERNAL TOUR - TEAM BUILDING - EVENTS
II. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Areas in charge: Domestic tour - Teambuilding - Events
- Understand the company's key products; Do you know what products you sell
- Receive and process customer information (transferred from Marketing department).
- Enter customer information into customer information management software.
- Making programs: Send scripts, quotes about team/tour programs to customers.
- Meeting customers directly with partners or customers of the company (if necessary to consult to close the contract/implement the contract).
- Handle arising requests before signing the contract (eg: Changing scenarios, service items...).
- Negotiate, negotiate and sign contracts.
- Support Marketing Team in developing company brand.
- Taking care of customers during the event: Monitoring the quality of ongoing programs; handle the arising in a timely and prompt manner.
- Customer care: Handing over products after finishing the program on time as committed, taking care of customers regularly.
III. RIGHT:
- Income: starting hard salary 5,000,000 - 7,000,000 VND depending on experience (good job can negotiate salary depending on capacity) + % Profit (at least 3%) + other bonus. Average income 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/month or maybe more depending on capacity.
- Trained in the idea of team/tour/event program ideas for guests.
- Trained in negotiation skills, drafting and signing contracts with customers.
- Trained in problem-solving skills.
- Be provided with professional knowledge on tourism, business, event organization, ...

IV. REQUEST:
- Candidates are required to have 6 months - 1 year of experience in event organization, travel, team building.
- Hardworking, responsible for work
- Eager to learn, good communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in office computer skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
V. WORKING TIME: From Monday to Saturday morning - Morning: 8:30 - 12: Afternoon: 13:30 - 17:30
